RH Brands, LLC Advertising Standards

As a publisher of in-call, SMS and web based inventory, RH Brands is committed to providing the best possible advertising experience with appropriate and consistent policies that benefit our callers, our advertisers, and RH Brands. As such, RH Brands and the company's advertisers must adhere to the following standards for ads accepted on any of the company's advertising inventory.

Advocacy
Advertisements advocating against any organization or person (public, private, or protected) is not permitted. Language that is delivered in a 'serious' non-humorous tone that is offensive, disturbing or which is likely to cause outrage, general disapproval or negative opinion within a community is not allowed.

Aids to Pass Drug Tests
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of products intended to help individuals pass drug tests such as drug cleansing shakes and urine test additives.

Alcohol
Advertising is allowed for alcohol but such content must comply with existing industry and government guidelines. Advertisers are responsible for complying with such laws.

Deceptive or Misleading
Advertisements may not be misleading or deceptive to the recipient in any way. If the advertisement is perceived by recipients as either, RH Brands reserves the right to respond to customer complaints and if deemed necessary to remove the ad from the service.

Discrimination
Advertisements may not promote violence or advocate against a protected group. A protected group is distinguished by their:
  • Race or ethnic origin
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Religion
  • Disability
  • Sex
  • Age
  • Veteran status
  • Sexual orientation/Gender identity

Language that is offensive, disturbing or which is likely to cause outrage, general disapproval or negative opinion within a community is not allowed.

Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of drugs and drug paraphernalia. This includes drug accessories, illegal drugs, and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms.

Fireworks/Pyrotechnic Devices
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of fireworks and pyrotechnic devices.

Gambling
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of online casinos and gambling activities. This includes sports books, lotteries, bingo, poker, sites that provide tips, odds and handicapping, software facilitating online casinos and gambling, and affiliates with the primary purpose of driving traffic to online gambling sites.

Implied Endorsement
No advertisement will be allowed on the service that directly endorses or implies endorsement by RH Brands or any of the company's properties. No advertiser may use any RH Brands' property names or brands to implicitly or explicitly imply an endorsement of your product or service.

Miracle Cures
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of miracle cures, such as "Cure cancer overnight!!"

Ownership
Advertising must clearly state the name of the end brand name, advertiser, seller, or provider of the product or service. It must be clear in all advertisements that no RH Brands property is the provider of the product/s or service/s sold.

Prescription Drugs and Related Content
Pharmacies advertising prescription drugs ads must comply with FDA and all other regulatory guidelines. Advertiser is responsible for complying with all regulations.

Public Service Announcements
Commercial advertisements intended for selling products or services that use "Public Service Announcement" or similar copy are not permitted. Public Service Announcements are permitted provided they meet PSA guidelines as defined by the FCC.

Sexual Content (Adult)
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of child pornography, any sexually suggestive content involving children, or other non-consensual material. Prohibited content also includes ads promoting teen pornography or other pornography that describes models whom might be underage. Other ads will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All decisions regarding appropriateness of content are at RH Brands' sole discretion and are final.

Subscriptions
All advertising must clearly indicate whether the product or service is a subscription. Term and billing must be clearly stated in the advertisement. Advertisements for subscription products or services must be handled as defined by Mobile Marketing Association Guidelines.

Sweepstakes and Promotions
All advertising of sweepstakes, lotteries, or contest promotions must comply with industry guidelines.

Targeting Children
Ads targeting children must comply with industry guidelines. No ads targeting children under the age of 13 will be accepted.

Tobacco and Cigarettes
Advertising must meet industry standards and comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines. Advertiser is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations.

Weapons
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, firearm components, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles. Advertisements cannot promote or glorify violence, crime, obscenity, or provide instructions on how to perpetrate unlawful activity.
